Akmodel Group proudly participated as an exhibitor at the recently concluded 2025 Oluyole Professional Workshop and Investiture of Chairman, organized by the Nigerian Institute of Building (NIOB), Oyo State Chapter.
Although the Managing Director, Builder (Dr.) Abdulhakeem Odegade, was unavoidably absent, he was ably represented by a dedicated team led by his Personal Assistant, Mr. Kenneth Udezueh.
The two-day event, themed “Upscaling Professional Practice and Governance in Real Estate Development in Oyo State,” featured a range of activities including insightful lectures, exhibitions, an awards presentation, and the official investiture of Bldr. Femi Adeyi MNIOB as the new Chairman of the NIOB Oyo State Chapter. The event also marked the inauguration of a 9-man Executive Committee for the 2024–2026 tenure.
The keynote address was delivered by Bldr. Dr. Abiodun Oluyinka Olumide MNIOB, the Honourable Commissioner for Physical Planning and Urban Development, Lagos State. Adding royal prestige to the event, the Onifegunwa of Ifegunwa Kingdom, Oba Bldr. Adewole Adedire MNIOB, served as the Royal Father of the Day.
