AKMODEL GROUP M.D, Builder (Dr.) Abdulhakeem Odegade and his team from Nigeria in another meeting, met with Nigerian real estate players cum businessmen based in Cote d’Ivoire, Ivory Coast.
This second meeting was put together by Alhaji Adesola Abdulazeez (popularly known as Alhaji Ade) who was convinced about AKMODEL Group’s sincerity.
As usual, Bldr. (Dr.) Odegade introduced and spoke about all the subsidiaries under AKMODEL GROUP: AKMODEL Building, AKMODEL Construction, AKMODEL Real Estate, AKMODEL Farms, AKMODEL Apartments and Land Banking Investment.
After his speech which was more like an awakening call to them to have investments back home through buying of apartments, erecting buildings, investing in Land Banking etc, there was an unanimous agreement that despite all the negative experiences some of them have encountered when buying properties and are also hearing about real estate companies in Nigeria, they are ready and willing to partner, support and do business with AKMODEL GROUP.
