Akmodel Group Managing Director, Builder (Dr.) Abdulhakeem Odegade, gave a presentation as a guest speaker at the second edition of African Continental Engineers, Architecture, Construction & Real Estate Summit (ACEACRES 2024).
This event took place in East Legon, Accra, Ghana, on the 27th and 28th of November 2024.
Themed “Integrating Sustainable Built Environment for Socio-economic Transformation Through the Use of New Generation Building Technology and Generative Artificial Intelligence,” the summit gathered industry leaders, professionals, and innovators across Africa.
Bldr. (Dr.) Odegade delivered a session on “Exploring Emerging Trends and the Adoption of New Generation Building Technologies: The Case of Africa”, and also participated as a panellist to discuss: “Identifying Opportunities and Challenges In The Real Estate Sector In Solving The Housing And Infrastructure Deficit Puzzle; Where And How To Invest, Regulation And The Impact of AI On The Sector”.

Margaret Aina Oguntala, FNSE – President, Nigeria Society of Engineers (Keynote Speaker), Michael Sodzi – Lawyer, Chartered Construction Manager, and QS, Dr. Mudasiru Bola J. – NIHTE-Nigeria, Mr. Nii Botchway – CEO, Addison Construction Ltd., Sampson Agude – Accra Technical University, Quarshie – President, Local Government Service Engineers Association, Greater Accra Region etc.

Mr. Daniel Kontie, the event convener, kept and even surpassed his assurances to attendees of a valuable and enlightening experience at the even.
